WRPS Continue to Investigate Motorcycle Collision in Kitchener

Ongoing collision investigation.

Waterloo Region, Ontario  Members of the Waterloo Regional Police Service's Traffic Services Unit are investigating a collision in Kitchener.

On May 6, 2025, at approximately 8:35 p.m., emergency services responded to reports of a collision involving a motorcycle and a car on Weber Street East near Arlington Boulevard.

Through investigation, police determined that the driver black Toyota was exiting a private driveway and collided with the motorcycle. The motorcycle became engulfed in flames.

The driver of the motorcycle, a 64-year-old Kitchener male was transported to an out-of-region hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the Toyota, a 31-year-old male reported no injuries.

The roads were closed for the investigation and have since been reopened.

The investigation is ongoing.
